Other notes: Stylus is new. If you are familiar with this model the cause of failure is typically main cable, coming out monitor, gets worn from twisting/rotating monitor while drawing. Otherwise, perfect working condition. This Wacom Cintiq design is much nicer than the successor which HUGE and HEAVY.

Only a few minor blemishes: 1 Small light-colored on left-side plastic frame. I have used this mainly as a 2nd monitor for CAD model ING and mark-ups so tablet has never had the constant twisting of cable. This was present when I purchased it and has not changed at all, no impact to function. I'm guessing that's a manufacturing defect.

I use this with Windows 10 Pro though it will work on many other Operating Systems.
